- Pricing: 10’ (wide) x 12’ (deep) Space(s) $75 each / Table Rental (8’) $12 each
- Tables and chairs are not provided. You may bring your own tables and chairs. Tables are available for rent.
- No selling of food of any kind, guns, ammunition, alcohol or pornography. We are not accepting direct sales vendors at this time.
- Two vendor admission passes are provided per reservation. Additional passes can be purchased for $6 Early 8am-9am or $2 Regular Admission 9am-2:30pm.
- Spaces are reserved on a first come first serve basis. Reservations are guaranteed only after approval by Linn Co Flea Market and payment is received. Confirmation emails are only sent for approved vendors.
- Cancellations must be received no later than 30 days prior to the show date. NO REFUNDS WILL BE AVAILABLE AFTER THAT TIME.
- Friday night setup is available from 4pm - 7pm. Setup information will be provided prior to the show.
- Pets are not allowed on the fairgrounds or inside exhibit spaces.
- Unload behind the Santiam Building at the Linn County Fair & Expo. Check in and you will be directed to your space(s).
- Spaces are pre-assigned. Maps will be provided prior to the the event. (Map)
- Once your space is confirmed, you will be sent an email with instructions for payment. Your reservation is only valid after payment is received.
- Subletting or donation of your space partially or in its entirety is not permissible without the consent of show management.
- Early admission is 8am- 9am. Regular Admission is 9:00am - 2:30 pm. Vendor setup times and instructions will be emailed a few days prior to the show.
- Vendors are not allowed to begin packing or to bring in dollies or hand trucks until 2:30 pm. Failure to stay set up until 2:30 pm may result in the loss of participation in future shows.
- Linn County Flea Market is advertised on social media, lawn signs, in the Albany Democrat Herald, Corvallis Gazette Times, Old Stuff Newspaper, Palmer Wirfs Expo Newspaper, Craigslist Salem, Portland, Corvallis, Eugene, and show flyers in antique shows and stores in Portland, Salem, and Albany.
